Peter began his career in advertising back in the early nineties in the works MARK BBDO Prague. He also worked in agencies GREY and Saatchi & Saatchi. In 1997 he founded the agency's Northman and gained some very important clients. In 2002, he received an offer to become executive director of the newly founded branch agency Leo Burnett called Friends of Sales. Over the next five years, the agency has grown from 5 to 80 employees and an annual doubling the volume of new clients. Gradually, it became the most profitable unit of Leo Burnett and leader on the Czech market. In 2007, an integrated agency Lemonade Prague, which quickly became a trendsetter and trends in marketing communications. The Agency has become one of the most important players in the communications market. In 2013, after more than twenty years in the Czech marketing environment, he accepted an offer for the position of Digital Account Director at Kuwait's largest and most famous advertising agency BBDO IMPACT & ECHO.

Steve is a multi-award-winning marketer and has worked in digital marketing since 1997. He has worked client-side, helped grow a leading email service provider, consulted to numerous clients on digital strategy, and helped build one of the most respected and awarded B2B marketing agencies in the UK. He has worked with the likes of npower, Skype, ITV, Motorola, Oracle, Lego & British Airways in both B2C and B2B. He has been sending (and receiving) digital marketing communication since the last century and spends his time teaching, speaking and writing on the subject. As well as his role at marketing agency Junction, he is the email marketing Editor-in-Chief for the IDM and he speaks throughout the world, aiming to enthuse and inspire fellow marketers as he goes. He is a guest lecturer at various universities and sits on both the IDM digital marketing and Superbrands councils.
